Our team will deliver, set up and explain in detail the ice bath routine for you if you wish, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you and your clients.

15-20 min water fill up time

Normal 230 V plug, 1 - 1,5 Amp / 350 Watt = No circuits overloaded

Tap water connection (normal garden hose is sufficient)

Cooling time depending on water and outside temperature (minus 0,5-2 degrees / hour)

Electricity costs after setup are 0,06 - 1,50 € per day (depending on outside temperature and amount of ice bath)

Professional Guidance
You can book our trained staff to guide your participants through their first ice bath experience, ensuring safety and maximum enjoyment. This includes a short introduction of what happens in the body, calming breathwork preparation session and recovery movement with breathwork after the ice bath experience. 1 - 2 hours depending on group size.
Customizable Options
Tailor the ice bath experience to suit your event theme or branding with customizable options available. Breathwork, flow/animal movement, sound journeys, contact dance or meditation sessions and so on, anything is possible.
