Warranty Information

Arctic Monks offers a 2-year Limited Warranty for ice baths and saunas, covering defects occuring during normal use. Exclusions include damage from chemicals, neglected filter care, power outages, low water flow, restricted airflow, neglect, misuse, or any abuse. The warranty applies to original purchasers and covers parts for 2 years from delivery date.

Residential & Commercial Ice Baths:

Wood may have natural variations and imperfections. Weather may cause deterioration in outdoor units. Wood surfaces may dent or scratch with improper use. Repairs are customer responsibility. Each unit is handmade, leading to minor variations.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:

​

• Condensing unit, chiller, water pump, UV, and electrics have a 2-year warranty.

• Replacement of filters is customer responsibility.

• Warranty is void if the equipment is altered, abused, neglected, or misused.

• Customer is responsible for regular maintenance.

• Repairs must be done by an approved agent; using unauthorized repair services voids the warranty.

• Manufacturer liability is limited to the original purchase value.

• Arctic Monks are not responsible for incidental damages or injuries.
