Welcome to Frentic Spoon Lda.! We appreciate your interest in our ice bath and sauna equipment. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before purchasing, renting or using our products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and our products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.
2. Products and Services
We specialize in the sale and rental of ice baths and saunas. By purchasing or renting our products, you acknowledge and agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with the provided guidelines.
2.1 Description
Frentic Spoon, Lda. will as soon as is practicably possible notify the buyer or renter of any proposed improvements, modifications or changes to the components or material composition of the goods.The goods are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purpose as this will vary according to the buyer’s requirements. he buyer must rely on their own skill and judgment and enquiries in deciding whether the goods are fit for a particular purpose. The buyer acknowledges that the buyer is in the best position to make these decisions.
All samples, drawings, descriptive matter and advertising issued by Frentic Spoon, Lda. (or the manufacturer of the goods) and any description or illustration contained in our catalogues or other literature are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods represented by or described in them. They will not form part of the contract and this is not a sale by sample.
3. Orders and Payments
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Frentic Spoon Lda. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3.1 Title in Property
The property of the goods remains with Frentic Spoon, Lda. until the buyer has paid to Frentic Spoon, Lda. the price of all goods supplied and all other sums owed by the buyer at any time to Frentic Spoon, Lda.
3.2 Contract Price
The payable price is the price shown in the Frentic Spoon, Lda. price list at the date of acceptance of the buyer’s order, subject to additional pre-agreed terms as notified to the buyer in writing.
Prices include the legal VAT and are exclusive of freight and carriage.
All prices may be subject to alteration without notice.
Special orders placed with Frentic Spoon, Lda. may be subject to special prices which will be given at the time of order placement and will be deemed to be binding solely for that particular order. The delivery costs will be added to the price.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location. Frentic Spoon Lda. is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes incurred during shipping . Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we deliver our products.
4.1 Passing of the Risk
Risk in the goods will pass to the buyer upon delivery or if earlier when they are placed at the buyer’s disposal. Frentic Spoon, Lda. is entitled to make delivery by instalments in which case each instalment is considered to constitute a separate agreement to which these conditions apply.
4.2 Delivery
Any date or period for delivery is considered as indicative only and not contractually binding upon Frentic Spoon, Lda.. After the buyer’s order is accepted and the buyer’s payment has cleared we will aim to dispatch material which is in stock within 15 working days, material which is not in stock within 25 working days.
Delivery will take place at the delivery address specified by the buyer during the online order process. We ask the buyer to provide us with a telephone number so we can contact the buyer easily and advise him/her of their delivery.
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that Frentic Spoon, Lda. is able to make delivery to the delivery address and that the buyer is available to accept delivery at this address on the delivery date. Please try to inform us as soon as possible if you know that you are not going to be in to accept delivery. Frentic Spoon, Lda. shall not be liable in respect of any delay in delivery as a result of any act or omission by the buyer.
If Frentic Spoon, Lda. are delayed in the performance of the contract by any act or default on the buyer’s part, or any industrial dispute or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control then the delivery date is extended by a reasonable period.
Orders forwarded through third-party carriers may be subject to an additional carriage charge at the prevailing rate at the time of dispatch. This will be charged to the buyers.
4.3 Acceptance
The buyer must upon receipt inspect all goods and inform the courier by marking the courier’s paperwork appropriately to indicate if there is any damage or problem with the goods on receipt. The buyer must also inform Frentic Spoon, Lda. by telephone and for prove by e-mail on the day of receipt if a claim for damage or loss in transit of the goods is to be made. In respect of the buyer’s obligations hereunder time is of the essence. In the event of non-delivery, the buyer must give written notice to Frentic Spoon, Lda. immediately upon whichever is the earlier of receipt of our invoice or, where an estimated arrival time has been given, upon expiry of that time. NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED AND NO LIABILITY ACCEPTED BY Frentic Spoon, LDA. UNLESS NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED WITHIN THE TIME SPECIFIED UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE BUYER’S STATUTORY RIGHTS.
5. Rental Terms
For rented products, a rental agreement will be provided, outlining the terms and conditions specific to the rental period, use of the product, including the duration, return conditions, and any applicable fees for late returns or damages.
6. Product Usage
When using Frentic Spoon Lda. products, it is your responsibility to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided. Frentic Spoon Lda. is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from improper use or negligence.
7. Returns and Refunds

8. Certification:
