SHIPPING POLICY 

FOR ICE BATH PURCHASE

Please carefully read our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to all orders you place with us. Before purchasing an ice bath, it's important to consider some factors to ensure a smooth and easy setup. 

​

  • Space Requirements and Access:
    ​Ensure you have adequate space for the ice bath installation. Consider both the dimensions of the ice bath itself and the surrounding area for airflow and accessibility. Please make sure that there are no obstacles like tight doors, narrow stairways or other obstacles that would block the way to the ice bath.

​

  • Installation Requirements:
    The installation requirements are: a level surface, appropriate power supply near the installation site and sufficient airflow. The water supply and drainage can be done with a regular garden hose, no nearby water connection is needed.

​

  • Maintenance Requirements:
    Familiarize yourself with the maintenance needs of the ice bath. Monthly filter cleaning and annual UV bulb change is recommended. This way you only need to change your water every 6 months.

1. Pick Up

 

If you would like to pick up your ice bath yourself, this is free of charge. Please make sure you have a trailer or van that can fit the dimensions of the ice bath. To unload the ice bath you need a minimum of 2 people.

 

2. Delivery cost for Portugal (mainland)

 

We can deliver your Ice Bath to your house.

Your order will be delivered to the kerbside of your property on a pallet.  

Shipping costs for our Ice Bath Arctic 2.0 in Portugal (mainland) are: 60.00 €

 

3. Delivery, installation and setup costs in Portugal

 

The delivery and installation service includes the delivery to your desired location and the complete set up of the Ice Bath. Furthermor, you will be briefed with a detailed pre-bath breathwork session, a short presentation on how to do an ice bath and after-bath body reheating movements. The cost for this service depends on the delivery distance.   

 

  •  0-50 km = 75€  

 

  • 51 km or more = 1.50€ per km

European shipping costs per ice bath unit are: 175.00 €
